They don’t take their clients serious! They only milk us dry! These people are ****mers! They want deposit when you move in but they can’t pay back your money when you move out! I will never recommend their business to anyone!!!

They are refusing to give me my money back!
I moved out of Indlu living on the 30th of June 2024. An inspection was done and I was approved to receive my deposit back which is R2700. I haven’t been assisted to this day. I’ve sent numerous emails to their office but no one is willing to help me. My agent keeps telling me he is assisting me but I’m the one that keeps checking with him. This company is a **** I’ve sent my bank details to them but I haven’t been refunded.

NOT SAFE
TymeBank is not safe to bank with PLEASE DONT BANK WITH THEM! I thought my money was safe with this bank until a debit order that was not authorised by myself came through and when I called them they told me that they can’t help me

DISGUSTING SERVICE
Poor disgusting service from consultants I called the bank 3 times before I was referred to the relevant department and after all this I still didn’t get help.
