I moved into the building in August 2024, and from day one, it’s been nothing but frustration. Two days before moving in, I inspected my unit and found it dirty and poorly maintained. The manager promised it would be cleaned and fixed but when I moved in, nothing had been done. The shower was filthy, shower head broken, oven full of grease, and the toilet leaking. I complained again and was told to leave my keys so maintenance could sort it out. I did, but no one came. I ended up cleaning the place myself. Tenants are charged for communal areas but not allowed to use them, and the elevators constantly break down. In February 2025, my unit was broken into, and my belongings were ******. I reported it immediately, but the manager showed zero concern. I had evidence of the break-in, but while I was at the police station opening a case, the evidence disappeared, even though maintenance staff knew about it. To make things worse, after moving out, I never got my deposit back — not even the refund for the two access tags I paid for. I got nothing back despite following all procedures. This experience has been absolutely unacceptable no accountability, no safety, no communication, and no respect for tenants. I would never recommend Indluplace or Afhco to anyone. They seriously need to fix their management, maintenance, and refund processes before more tenants go through this nightmare.

I'm not happy with the service I received from this business. I was residing at Highveld view unit 119 from 7/10/2022 till 31/10/2024 with a reference: 8120668. This people have made a mistake by charging me while I was not staying there already and refused to payback my deposit. I have engaged Tsundzuka Tlakula who is a Deposit Refund Administrator email tsundzuka.t@indluplace.co.za who by then promised to reverse the amount and payback the actual amount that is due to me but they never did. All I want from this company is to take accountability for their mistake and Payback my deposit that is due to me that's all. I want my money back.

DEPOSIT ****. ****MERS please don’t bother, it’s over 21working days they will never make contact with you unless you call and you will never be entertained, we are required to pay R4600 from our deposit how ridiculous is that ? You try to make contact with their so called Tsunduka tlakula who is extremely useless and never responds to emails. Literally the worst company ever. THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT

★☆☆☆☆ – WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM INDLUPLACE PROPERTIES I’m a single parent who rented from Indluplace, and I’ve never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism, disrespect, and outright bullying from a rental agency. They were rude from the start, unhelpful when I raised concerns, and completely ignored me when I moved out and requested the return of my deposit — which they STILL owe me, they have not paid me in full and can not even give me a breakdown . I left the property in good condition, always paid my rent, on time. And this is the thanks I get? After weeks of silence and no updates, I followed up politely — only to be met with threats from their lawyers instead of an explanation or resolution. Imagine being taken to legal threats simply because you’re asking for the money THEY OWE YOU! Absolutely shameful. Their staff don’t respond to emails or calls, and when they do, it’s with attitude, arrogance, or plain disregard. I’ve never felt so small and powerless dealing with a service provider. Tenants, beware: They’re quick to take your money but will make it nearly impossible to get anything back once you leave — even if you have proof and did everything right. I’m warning others so no one else has to go through this kind of emotional and financial stress. If you value your peace of mind and want to be treated fairly, stay far away from Indluplace Properties.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I repeat, stay far away from AFHCO and its subsidiaries. You will not get your deposit back and worse, you’ll pay full rent but stay 3 -5 days without electricity or water, twice a month. STAY FAR AWAY FROM AFHCO AND INDLUPLACE!!! I repeat, Do Not move into any of their buildings. Thank yourself later 🤞🏽

I moved out on 31st of March to date I have not received my deposit back it’s over 21 days now still no communication has been sent regarding my deposit. At first they started lying that I owe R3k+ when I enquired they couldn’t come up with a clear explanation now I want my deposit no one is responding to my emails! I regret using their properties!

INDLU PROPERTIES ARE ****MERS, you will never get your deposit back and will end up getting black listed for more money they will try and **** you of. I stayed with them for only 1 year 5 months staying alone in a bachelor pad. when I informed them I was moving out, I was not only told I would not get my deposit of R3600 but I in turn owe them R3200 for repairs of things I left in the same condition I found them in. I never broke anything and I only stayed there for a year and 5 months, if you do not want a property that will **** you, you will stay away from these guys.
