I moved into the building in August 2024, and from day one, it’s been nothing but frustration. Two days before moving in, I inspected my unit and found it dirty and poorly maintained. The manager promised it would be cleaned and fixed — but when I moved in, nothing had been done. The shower was filthy, shower head broken, oven full of grease, and the toilet leaking. I complained again and was told to leave my keys so maintenance could sort it out. I did, but no one came. I ended up cleaning the place myself. Tenants are charged for communal areas but not allowed to use them, and the elevators constantly break down. In February 2025, my unit was broken into, and my belongings were ******. I reported it immediately, but the manager showed zero concern. I had evidence of the break-in, but while I was at the police station opening a case, the evidence disappeared, even though maintenance staff knew about it. To make things worse, after moving out, I never got my deposit back — not even the refund for the two access tags I paid for. I got nothing back despite following all procedures. This experience has been absolutely unacceptable — no accountability, no safety, no communication, and no respect for tenants. I would never recommend Indluplace or Afhco to anyone. They seriously need to fix their management, maintenance, and refund processes before more tenants go through this nightmare.
