Bad place to host

I was at Sonto, hosted there and the service was terrible. Our waiter had an attitude and came back twice after forgetting our orders and we waited for about an hour for the food. We had to pay before eating and I ordered a chicken burger and fries which was tasteless and when I asked for an exchange the waiter said the manager said no and I have to pay for something else, even after all the inconveniences.
