levies paid to Infinitum as the was managing company at that time, month payed ahead.Change in the managing company happens.When the change took place within the managing companies, it was said that infinitum will transfer those monies to the company that was taking over. These levies were never transferred and infinitum is failing to refund my money so i have to pay again to the new company and that Thandi lady does not know anything about customer service, Terrible Customer Service
Gregory ignoring my emails and Thandi not providing contact details to the accounts people and saying that she is not responsible, and dropping calls when you call to enquire.
