We bought a battery from Infinity Battery in February 2024. When the battery started giving problems, we went back to the store expecting some kind of support. Instead, we were told they couldn’t help us without an invoice — even though we showed them proof of purchase AND the battery clearly has their branding on it. Apperently they do not keep record of what was purchased with them
What makes it even worse is that the battery was tested and found to be faulty, yet we still received no assistance. It feels incredibly frustrating that the product failed just before the warranty period ended, and they still refused to help.
Based on our experience, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. The lack of accountability and support is honestly the worst I’ve dealt with.
