Poor Service and No Accountability at Infinity Motors

I had a very disappointing experience with Infinity Motors and unfortunately cannot recommend their services.

I paid a R20 000 deposit to secure a vehicle, but after waiting for nearly a month with no car delivered, I had no choice but to request a refund. It’s now been another month of waiting for that refund, and despite numerous follow-ups, the money still hasn’t been paid back.

What makes the situation worse is that I was told the deposit I paid was used to purchase another vehicle for a different client — which, quite frankly, is unacceptable and *********.

Communication has been poor throughout the entire process. Promises were made that were never fulfilled, and I was left in the dark most of the time.

This kind of service is frustrating and unprofessional. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I experienced.
