Poor Service and No Accountability at Infinity Motors
I had a very disappointing experience with Infinity Motors and unfortunately cannot recommend their services. I paid a R20 000 deposit to secure a vehicle, but after waiting for nearly a month with no car delivered, I had no choice but to request a refund. It’s now been another month of waiting for that refund, and despite numerous follow-ups, the money still hasn’t been paid back. What makes the situation worse is that I was told the deposit I paid was used to purchase another vehicle for a different client — which, quite frankly, is unacceptable and *********. Communication has been poor throughout the entire process. Promises were made that were never fulfilled, and I was left in the dark most of the time. This kind of service is frustrating and unprofessional. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I experienced.

Worse ever
The dealership advertised a 2015 Renault sander step way, as super clean, FSH at a decent price so sounded like the perfect car. Purchased the vehicle cash and the moment I arrived home it was noted that the aircon has stopped working, there was a error on the dashboard, I couldn’t even fill my vehicle with fuel as when I did the WHOLE interior reeked of fuel, I just had my first child born and couldn’t even put my child in the vehicle as it was not safe for anyone. The vehicle did not even have a service book!!!! They informed me they will get me a new one from the agents. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I then took the vehicle to the ombudsman who instructed the dealership to uplift my vehicle and sort out the issues and the dealership point blank refuses to do it. I have now escalated the matter through to the NCC where I am waiting for assistance with my case. Sales man Bilal is not helpful at all and NEVER replies to any emails or messages. This is terrible service and they blatantly ****.

unsatisfied and unhappy client of Infinity Motors Rusternburg
I bought a car in December 2023, got it on the 22nd, an Opel Astra 1.6, the car had faults and I did report them on January 2024 the 2nd since they were closed for festive holidays, the car has been stuck for over 3 months I did not even drive it for 2000km since I had it, I did fix the car myself, insurance "approved" my claim and was told the claim will pay in 10 working days (that was mid March), to this date I am still not reimbursed, I decided not to pay the installments and they came to take their car now that it is driving, I would advise anyone not to buy a car at that place, my health deteriorated due to the stress caused by this dealership

Unethical dealership

Unethical dealership
I brought a 2008 Focus ST since i brought the car its been at mechanic a few time i have spoken to the sales person Shaheen on the following Clutch Pencil coils Ball joints I was told i am hearing things PLEASE BE AWARE OF INFINITY MOTORS THEY ARE UNETHICAL COMPULSIVE LIERS

Bad service and lies.
We purchased a vehicle from Christian and with his promise of only 2 faults ... What a lie. The vehicle is in a extreme bad condition. He cannot face his lies. I will not recommend Infinity Motors or DM Finance to anyone. They cannot be trusted.

Horrible service
I bought a mercedes a class 220d 2016 from inifinite motors cash. The car is supposed to have full service history however a comprehensive diagnostic report from mercedes the car has missed 2 interval services and the dealership is not doing anything to assist me
