I bought a car in December 2023, got it on the 22nd, an Opel Astra 1.6, the car had faults and I did report them on January 2024 the 2nd since they were closed for festive holidays, the car has been stuck for over 3 months I did not even drive it for 2000km since I had it, I did fix the car myself, insurance "approved" my claim and was told the claim will pay in 10 working days (that was mid March), to this date I am still not reimbursed, I decided not to pay the installments and they came to take their car now that it is driving, I would advise anyone not to buy a car at that place, my health deteriorated due to the stress caused by this dealership
<p>the consultant was rude to me and i been harrassed for a payment saying i was handed over by a loan finding service and i do not get those services which was debiting R99 per month from my bank account, i cancelled those services and now i owe them about R1200 and was immediately handed over to Lifestyle Legal and im being harrassed and summoned and i do not owe people for my own money </p>
