Infinity wireless PTY Ltd - Our Wi-Fi coverage is a serious issue. The connection can’t even reach a phone or TV just two rooms away from the router. I requested that a technician come out to inspect the problem and explain what’s going on, because this makes no sense — but no one ever showed up. Instead, I received a generic email telling me to move the router and consider a “mesh system,” which was never explained and felt like an assumption made without any investigation. How can you diagnose a problem without actually coming to check it?
To make matters worse, I was informed by other users that I should do a signal test, but when I asked about it, I was told they don’t even do signal testing. So how exactly is the signal quality being assessed? Or is the goal simply to push customers into spending more money on extra equipment?
This lack of communication, follow-through, and technical accountability is extremely disappointing.
