Infinity wireless PTY Ltd - Our Wi-Fi coverage is a serious issue. The connection can’t even reach a phone or TV just two rooms away from the router. I requested that a technician come out to inspect the problem and explain what’s going on, because this makes no sense — but no one ever showed up. Instead, I received a generic email telling me to move the router and consider a “mesh system,” which was never explained and felt like an assumption made without any investigation. How can you diagnose a problem without actually coming to check it? To make matters worse, I was informed by other users that I should do a signal test, but when I asked about it, I was told they don’t even do signal testing. So how exactly is the signal quality being assessed? Or is the goal simply to push customers into spending more money on extra equipment? This lack of communication, follow-through, and technical accountability is extremely disappointing. Their website- states blazing fast internet....

A bussiness that gives people athoroty over your property. They gave access to the person renting here on our property to our fibre line. Now that we want to acces the line they have excuse after excuse. The line is not free because the tenant has ownership of the contract. She is moved out but we still have no right to our line because it does not belong to us as she is the contract holder. They accepted a proof of residince with a letter of remax only, no permission from any owner. They approve ***** on the contract that states it is a single house and not 2 separate buildings. They approve it after we had te send them photos to proof that we as owners are not lying. Not one of the consultants was here at the house they just ignore phoning you back and resolving the problem. Infinity remax and evotel is all part of this ****. We have students in the house needing to use the internet as everything nowadays is online. But lets give infinity a hand for giving ownership of somebodies elses property to someone who has no say here pay no taxes here pay no utilities. Hands down the worst service and allowing *****ulant documents.

Good day. I had Infinity wireless internet at my previous house where I stayed. Gave telephonic cancelation on the 15 Dec 2023. They came and collect the equipment (Routers and Fibre box). In Feb/March 2024 new residence moved and signed uo with Infinity Wireless an that same adress. Now they want to sue me for R55000. Never will I ever use a scandalous internet provider like this again.

I subscribed with infinity about 3 years ago,but I haven't been happy with their service. 2 months ago they decided to cut my service even after acknowledging the receipt of payment, and they didn't bother calling me for an apology for the inconvenience they caused.Again last night they cut my service,I don't have internet as I write this email. This other time they made me pay R250 reconnection fee for their mistake, they don't respect their clients at all.

We app**** for a Fibre line with Infinity and they Installed a 50Mb up, 50Mb down line. It worked great! But only downstairs. We lived in a duplex house and had NO reception in the upstairs area. I contacted them and they advised that I must put an "Extra" system in that will cover upstairs also. This system was almost R5000. I initially asked the installation technician if this Router will cover the upstairs area and he confirmed it would, But it did NOT. I cancelled my contract with them and found out 6 months later that they handed me over for R23000! I will NOT recommend anybody to have dealings with Infinity as they are ******! They knew the system doesn't cater for duplexes, but STILL installed it, just to sell me the BIG R5000 system. ******!!!!
