About 2 months ago I purchased an eGift from Foschini Waterfall Mall,i received an sms with my voucher number as usual.I purchased 2 body sprays using the voucher but I didnt received my updated voucher number as tgey usually do if you didnt redeem all the credit. I then went to Foschini again as I ran out of the body spray,tgey called the customer Service and I was told that I will receive sms within 30min,30min became 2hours then I decided to pay cash as I could not wait any longer.I went again after 2 weeks,I was told to expect the sms within the next 5min,5 min became a month.I stiil have not received it till to date.This is not the first time this happens to me,I feel like TFG is robbing us.I dont care how little the money is but I want it,as a loyal customer I am so dissapointed in then
I have made payment for my subscription on the 7th as I usually do every monthly,and they acknowledged the receipt of POP yesterday morning.This morning I woke up without internet in my house and I called them but they were very RUDE includig their manager.
Yesterday I bought 2 packets of Rice Cakes from Food *****s in Cornerstone, Rustenburg.Both packets have expired on the 7th of July,my kids have already ate them.Unfortunately my son reacted and is now sick,I'm furious right now.
Today I went to Food *****s Cornerstone Rustenburg,I picked mixed peppers thinking they cost R29 but scanned a different price when I get to the till.I simple asked the cashier (Ronel) to remove them,she just gave me attitude asking me what was I thinking and further asked me to take her to the shelves to prove my stupidity. She argued with me even after seeing that there was no price tag where I picked the peppers,Ronel is rude and is lacking customer service.She had a better way to address this kind of situation.
I was at Fish and Chips Company in Waterfall Mall,Rustenburg.The lady called Kea who was assisting me is very rude,she didn't greet me and when I requested her to smile a little bit she became defensive.I ended up losing my appetite.
I subscribed with infinity about 3 years ago,but I haven't been happy with their service. 2 months ago they decided to cut my service even after acknowledging the receipt of payment,and they didn't bother calling me for an apology for the inconvenience they caused.Again last night they cut my service,I don't have internet as I write this email.This other time they made me pay R250 reconnection fee for their mistake,they don't respect their clients at all.
Saturday the 24th of August I went to Food *****s Liquor Store to get some drinks,I was assisted by by a very friendly guy he was friendly in a way he made me buy something I didn't plan to buy.I bought 12pack of Brutal Fruit,which was on special for R50,which was a bargain for me. When I got home I discovered that the drinks have expired long time ago,I took it back but the manager was rude to me.
I ordered their products earlier this year,but unfortunately I got an allergic reaction after using them.They just told me there is nothing they can do,but I am paying them.
