The first mistake I made was to place my trust in DCS assuming that this company had integrity. A loan was granted and an email sent to them on 27Feb. and I quote" I want to confirm that the validation protocol fee of R3500 is the only payment required in order to secure the loan" A simple enough and valid question under the circumstances. Their reply was, and I quote, "Once the payment is completed please email the proof of payment in order to secure the loan" Was this a case of I do not understand the question or was it a case of we will only tell him about the legal and stamp duty after he has paid the first amount otherwise the deal may fall flat. ? I leave you to judge that. Do not engage with any loan company who insists that an upfront payment is part of the deal , rather save your well earned cash and deal with a loan company that carries no upfront costs. Stay away from these loan sharks. Your switchboard operator, because he speaks in whispers have called him Simon, hence the title.

I agree with Tshegofatso - Info-find is a scam! After paying the subscription of R400, they promise to send you lists of properties to rent every week for 3 months. I received three lists, and thereafter all my requests for updated lists were completely ignored.

*Info find is nothing but a scam * AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY THEY JUST LAZE AROUND AS THEIR PATHETIC AND INCOMPETENT STAFF LIE AND DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP YOU FIND A PLACE... ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS WITH NO SERVICE FROM THOSE PEOPLE .... BETTER YET, WHEN SEARCHING TO SEE IF ITS A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, I FOUND OUT THAT IT ACTUALLY DOESNT EXIST ANYWHERE

Info find is a place of pure incompetence and poor service. They claim to have decent and thousands of accommodations but when it comes to the actual finding of the place all they give is an address of a place that doesn’t even know anything info find related. The poor service and incompetence of the company and it’s illiterate staff is just horrible. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever come access. They actually deserve a 0 star rating.

I contacted Michelle to enquire about a property. After paying the R400 registration fee (a total waste of money), Michelle sent me the PDF document with details of many listings. However, the property I was interested in was not featured on Michelle's PDF list. I asked Michelle about this and she simply didn't bother to respond. To make matters worse, I chose another property that was on the list and when I contacted the landlord, the landlord said that the property was occupied 2 months ago already. If the property was occupied 2 months ago, why is it still showing on Michelle's list? I then raised this complaint with Leigh, the only other contact person for InfoFind and here too, Leigh said I was being rude instead of apologising for & investigating the bad service. And I paid a R400 registration fee for this **** service. InfoFind is a totally untrustworthy service. Michelle is certainly not a property agent because this is not how agents operate. She is an absolutely substandard agent - no professionalism, no reliability. She is trying to make a quick buck. Clearly, according to Hello Peter, I am not the only person to have experienced the same substandard service. Leigh: 081 834 4092 Michelle: 064 392 9484
