National regulator of South Africa is poorly managed

I complained to the information regulator of South Africa last year 30 June 2022. The regulator has acknowledged my emails with all evidence. They have investigated the party responsible and escalated the report to the relevant unit to make decision. Suddenly the investigators resigned but no word from the regulator office to let me know about the changes. Email of the investigator I used to contact is closed and I can’t contact anyone anymore for updates. Their office line is always down. Attempts to contact National Assembly in South Africa and escalate the matter has failed as I believe the party I reported has power and control over the regulator based on what is happening here. I will seek other avenues as I refuse to rest on the matter. South Africa has laws and those who have money can be excluded from observing the laws. It may take me years to win against the powerful and untouchable but eventually someone will open the door and hear me.
