Morning all. I have just had the the worst customer experience. We asked for assistance but yet none delivered and when confronted they are rude and yell and worst of all no work ethics. For almost 2 months I am struggling to have n continuous inter loss. I have posted on social media that I am looking for new services and then they share my personal information and say we do have have internet but what is thepoint . Meaning it shows we have network but moment we try logging in on any console or pc it dips and is unavailable.
