Morning all. I have just had the the worst customer experience. We asked for assistance but yet none delivered and when confronted they are rude and yell and worst of all no work ethics. For almost 2 months I am struggling to have n continuous inter loss. I have posted on social media that I am looking for new services and then they share my personal information and say we do have have internet but what is thepoint . Meaning it shows we have network but moment we try logging in on any console or pc it dips and is unavailable.

At first their service is not bad small issues any internet provider got those. . The agreement was a month to month base and they tell you that when you cant pay the month the stop the internet and carry on the next month when you can pay. sound reasonably fair. . Then I got Fibre did not pay and my months payments starts accumulating without using the internet. Then I canceled the internet and now have to pay another month without using the damn internet. Read your contract carefully and dont listen to the sales person coming to install the Service their word with the contract does not match

Na gereelde internet onderbrekings het ek aan die begin van die maand n hou op my rekeninge gevra. Hulle stuur nog steeds vir my fakture alhoewel ek op n maand tor maand diens is. Onaamvaarbaar.

We have subscribed with Inkontak internet service about 6 months ago. We regret every moment. We are more offline than online. Please do yourself a favour and never ever subscribe to this service provider.
