Poor Installation
We used Innovar Flooring - George to install our flooring, which we supp**** on a new building. Due to poor application the flooring lifted. David Jones the owner agreed to replace and install a replacement flooring. Which we accepted. We had to make some compromises, like delaying our move into the new home, having quarter skirting rounds added to the skirting boards and a change of colour. Within a month the flooring started to show signs of lifting. To make matters even more infuriating David is ignoring the contractors and our calls and messages. I have personally called at their office and left a written message which he is also ignoring. If he continues with his head in the sand strategy we will have no alternative but too proceed to litigation to recertify the situation. Absolutely not recommended.

Poor Installation
We used Innovar Flooring - George to install our flooring, which we supp**** on a new building. Due to poor application the flooring lifted. David Jones the owner agreed to replace and install a replacement flooring. Which we accepted. Innovar - George - Stay away!!
Stay far away from this company!! I had floors installed at my residence. Innovar George did the installation The strips at the door to hold all the boarding in place was loose from day 1. I called to try and get this fixed, promises after promises I am still waiting Even filled in a complaint form at a show day the had in Garden Route mall, Still waiting for them to contact me! Bad after sales service!! They will never take my money again!

Early Xmas Cheer from Inovar Centurion
Generous and excellent service from Inovar Floor Centurion. Needed repair / replacement of a door trim before total Xmas shutdown. Went to Inovar on Tues afternoon, spoke to Darryl and by 09h00 the following morning the job was done; with the replacement aluminium strip thrown in for mahala!!! Give this business a Bell's.

Very bad after sales service!!!!!!!!
I installed flooring about two years ago from Inovar Flooring in George/Mossel bay. After a day or two i asked that they would come fix the strips between tiles and flooring, as they where loose. Still waiting on them. Two weeks ago i was at Meander Mall George where the had an exhibition, i asked that they would phone me regarding this matter. I am still waiting. Very bad after sales service!!!!!!!

Firstly the franchise owner David Jones has given me expert advice regarding the products and also quoted very reasonable because he buys stock in bulk. His installation team was friendly and helpful. The guys are very proficient and professional. I can highly recommend Inovar Flooring, George for all requirements regarding flooring and blinds.
