We are extremely disappointed with the service received from Innovate Group (Intelligent Technologies) based in Midrand, Gauteng.
After paying the installation amount as per the invoice, our installation was initially scheduled for Thursday, 29/01/2026 at 11:00. The technical team failed to arrive and made no attempt to communicate.
We followed up on 02/02/2026 and received a response on 03/02/2026 indicating that we would be contacted—this did not happen. A further follow-up was sent on 09/02/2026 due to the continued lack of communication. Only on 18/02/2026 were we informed that the installation was rescheduled for 25/02/2026.
On 25/02/2026, the team once again failed to show up, with no communication provided.
As a result of these repeated failures, we were left without WiFi for an extended period and had to make alternative arrangements. We subsequently requested a refund, which we were advised would be processed within 7 days from 31/03/2026. To date, we have not received confirmation or payment.
This experience has been highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We request urgent confirmation of the refund status and immediate resolution of this matter.
