Nothing short of criminals!
Innocent Mapfumo & Team are a bunch of lying thieves! We paid them a huge deposit to port our telkom numbers and set us up on a Voip system . They never even applied to have the numbers ported and after weeks of lies eventually promised to have the deposit paid back. This has never happened. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! DONT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

Fraudster and scammer
I have bought a copier from this company in January 2020 that i have never received. The company is using a address on there website that is occupied by a different company.The CEO Innocent Mapfumo is a fraudster and scammer. On his company website are different branches that doesnt exist.They sell cpiers,toners and pabx systems

Dont deal with Innovate Group SA
Following my previous review, I received a message from the CEO of Innovate on LInkedIn stating that "It has been brought to my attention that you have gone on a smear campaign to tarnish our business image online." He was referring to my negative review on Hellopeter.com. He has since told me that he was on leave and would contact me the foloowing week upon hsi return. I have not had a response from him, they still owe me a large amount of money (for over 2 years) and no payment received nor response to my emails and messages. Do not deal with this company, there are many other companies offerring these services that have business ethics and pay what they owe.

Purchsed stock, not supplied, refund promised but never paid
I purchased a number of used printers from Innovate Group in February 2019. I ordered these and paid in full as requested. my couriers arrived to collect the stock and was told that it was not ready, over a month of being told that they would deliver or we could collect I was eventuallly offerred a refund. I accepted the offer of a refund. To date, over 2 yearslater, despite numerous promises by Innovate and efforts for me to get my refund, I have still not received my money. Be very wary of Innovate Group.
