Worst service

I would like to raise serious concerns regarding a company known as Innovate Group, based in Midrand, which deals in printers and other technology products. I purchased a printer from this company, and to date, the issue remains unresolved. This has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my business operations. My experience with their service has been disappointing, particularly in terms of communication and the fulfillment of their commitments. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly assess their options before engaging with this company.
