<p>I called into explain that my phone screen is broken and that it is an insurance claim through Miway. They confirmed that they had received the insurance request and they had the necessary parts available to do the works with both the receptionist and the repairer. I explained that i am under time pressures and would like to come through when they are not busy so i can wait for it to be done. They confirmed they are not busy at the moment and it will take 15-20 minutes. I arrive and they inform me that the replacement is not approved and they need to take photos to submit a report to Miway. I explain that i called in earlier and to find out all the information and what is required to get this done, as if it was going to take longer then i should rather wait till i have more time. Both the receptionist and the repairer tell me that i did not explain this to them over the phone but they confirmed that they had this request from insurance. Further to this the manager is not available to sign off the report to send to the insurance. I decided to call the manager to explain that i am dissapointed in the level of service and that they have now wasted my time, petrol and patience for simple screen replacement. He was not interested and told me that i must not have explained it properly to his staff which is a poor excuse. I highly recomend not using innovatec and making use of anyone else, Miway should also review this supplier.</p>
