dont buy a printer from them

well i bought a printer from them, when delivery came they just dropped my printer, no finisher or toner that was paid for, after weeks of several excuses and asking for a refund on the toner they did agree, now they avoid you or if you phone from a driends phone they ignore you or come up with other excuses, i have logged a complaint against them, its 2 months later still no refund or finisher for my printer, they have blocked me and does not want to comply with the service you pay for.
