well i bought a printer from them, when delivery came they just dropped my printer, no finisher or toner that was paid for, after weeks of several excuses and asking for a refund on the toner they did agree, now they avoid you or if you phone from a driends phone they ignore you or come up with other excuses, i have logged a complaint against them, its 2 months later still no refund or finisher for my printer, they have blocked me and does not want to comply with the service you pay for. i want my refund i logged a complaint at the consumer goods and still no feedback or another excuse
why the f do you phone me and ask me if i want to upgrade or take my number to prepaid and you cant even do it, now im being billed after you said the number has been moved to prepaid and it was confirmed from vodacom,s side
**** serviceits the 15th of dec. 10 days without internet for the month already and the 4th downtime. Mobile data is costing more than your fibre. Home connect does not worry that you are down and doesnt do anything to give feedback. 4th down time this month. Dont use home connect their staff is arrogant and blames the client for line breaks. What professionalism. you are on a whatsapp group to see the specials and new products as you have bought machines from them that is nice, but because they dont see you buy from them in a year they want to remove you, im an entrepreneur and cant afford to buy machines every other day, so they threaten to remove you not to see new products. please bare in mind you are not the only company that does printing and plotter and cnc or lasers. AM ill remove myself and wont buy my next printer from you. teach your whatsapp person some manners
Please send your staff for better people relations training and stop blaming your customers for LOS problems. like im going to damage my fiber line. oooh go and take a photo where the line is broken..... that the answer you get from Home Connect. Worst ISP will not recommend. Lucian you are the manager @ home connect. please send your Tech Team for better training and LOS is Infrastructure that is down, your team blames me for LOS problem like i did the damage.
rude and unprofessional. you have upgraded your system but not willing to assist with scan to pay. what bs is this i have used scan to pay at many mcDonalds resturaunts but just the odasity to be told im not going to assist and leave coz you dont have money, i have more than enough money but just the way you are treated. unfortunatly my banking app does not allow for tap to pay. please look into the awfule people relations your staff have at hartbee****rt village mall's staff.
after i app**** for a Point of sale, i receive it after a month, now after 3 months nedbank phones me they gave some els also a point of sale linked to my bank account. now Nedbank is making it my problem to solve their incompetence mistake i must sort it for him Kaveer Ramjanek i think you must do your work its a mess you guys did and not me, as im aware my account is my account and someone els, what a way to compromise your accounts. after this is sorted i will move my bussiness elswhare. wow i like the home agent, the way he wants to sell your house, befor he even entred my home he had looked omn maps, went to property24 to see what we paid for the home and added 5% pere year onto that and thats what he will sell your home for. Buddy thats not how it works, he already had an amount he would want to sell my home for even befor he saw the place. i like the way you work, so non of the extras thats been done on the property counts towards upgrading, when we did our bond the home was evaluated and remax doesnt even want to sell the house for half what it is worth, they only want a quick sale
