Worst client service ever, they sell dangerous heat presses to customers that don't know how to wire machines, putting your life in danger where it chokes you with live earth cables and no one admits to faulty units. Therresa sales lady tells you right off and say we don't care, sue us. Sensors also don't work, motor runs dangerously hot and malfunctioning and still this company laughs in to your face like, we don't care we got your money now move along, attitude. What a disgrace to a company telling a client off after spending 230 000 rand and doesnt care about your family safety or financial state. Do not use AM ever, buyers regret will hit you harder then a concrete wall. And don't let Therrasa the sales lady fool you in to spending money there, she will laugh you off like you garbage. No manual books, no instructions, no nothing, only can pray and hope their stuff won't harm people so please be carefull this company doesnt care about your safety. Therrasa will tell you Gladys to go away and laugh you out. Do not use her as your sale lady.

Hi all i would just luke to tell you guys about my hero kutullo i had problems after i changed to a new pc this guy is like a geni im telling you he knows how to deal with bad customers i should know i am one of them He is so cool and calm the oppist of me But he always manage to assist us . Evene when i lost my **** he is still prepaired to assist He always helps and trust me that is alot from us I think he needs a pay bump and a bonus he is just amazing I hope this gets to his boss april You rock my man thank you for all yoyr help

I purchased a sublimation machine that was delivered in December, and unfortunately the machine was faulty from the moment it arrived. Instead of receiving proper support to resolve the issue, I have experienced poor communication and a lack of urgency from the owner, April. The matter has been handled in a very nonchalant manner, as if the fact that I cannot properly utilise the machine is not a serious concern. This machine was purchased for business purposes, and because of these ongoing issues, it has negatively affected my ability to work and operate efficiently. To make matters worse, I was expected to pay call-out fees for technicians to fix a machine that was not delivered in proper working condition, That is unacceptable. A customer should not have to pay extra to correct faulty that existed from delivery. Calls have gone unanswered, and communication has now stopped completely regarding this matter. As a paying customer, I expected accountability, professional after sales service, and a prompt resolution. Instead I have been left with a faulty machine and ongoing losses. DO NOT BUY ANY SUBLIMATION MACHINEY OR PRODUCTS FROM THIS MANAUFACTURER IN JOHANNESBURG

I bought 2 machines from Am less then a year ago. My computer that carry's the driver program has packed up. The program that i payed for can only be de registered by the owner ERIC witch is not available on a phone by no one of his staff. NO SERVICE TEAM MEMBER SALES TEAM MEMBER CAN HELP ME. I asked if a manager could help me and there is no such person or roal of a manager @ all in AM.CO.ZA The co owner owner of AM.CO.ZA that deals with technicul support is APRIL. I have been calling her for hours and she is no where to be found by staff and myself. So if you deal with DEADLINES AND YOU HAVE A STANDARD if things go wrong you will get stuck with this brand

Worst service ever! Do not use, after booking a team to come out for a machine, not being told beforehand that payment needs to be made on the same day. When phoning the office, the excuse is that Eric doesn't take calls and April is "busy". And then the phone gets put down in your ear. They don't even have a card machine, they're willing to rather remove a cable, that cost a measly R1000 than arrange with you to make the payment tomorrow. Seeing as this is a large company where payments can't be made immediately as it needs two authorizations to do so. If I could give 0 starts I would
