I bought 2 machines from Am less then a year ago. My computer that carry's the driver program has packed up. The program that i payed for can only be de registered by the owner ERIC witch is not available on a phone by no one of his staff. NO SERVICE TEAM MEMBER SALES TEAM MEMBER CAN HELP ME. I asked if a manager could help me and there is no such person or roal of a manager @ all in AM.CO.ZA The co owner owner of AM.CO.ZA that deals with technicul support is APRIL. I have been calling her for hours and she is no where to be found by staff and myself. So if you deal with DEADLINES AND YOU HAVE A STANDARD if things go wrong you will get stuck with this brand

<p>I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT GETTING MY INTERNET ON.<br />IF GOT 2 ACCOUNTS WITH MWEB AND AM FAITHFULLY PAYING YOU R1300 PER MONTH.<br />MY ADSL TELKOM NO IS ********** 875.<br />I HAVE LOGED A FAULT WITH MWEB ON THE 18 SEPTEMBER 2016, THE REF NO IS 151BTK210916.<br />I HAVE SPOKEN TO MWEB 25 TIMES REGARDING THE FAULT AND IT HAS BEEN ESCALATED ABOUT 10 TIMES (I DO NOT KNOW WHAT LEVEL ITS BEEN ESCALATED TO MAYBE TO THE CEO!!!!!)</p> <p>TELKOM PHONED ME 3 TIMES AND TWICE I CONFIRMED THAT THERE IS SOMEONE AT HOME FOT THEM TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE PREMISES.<br />THE LAST TECHNITION SAID THE LINE IS CONNECTING AND THE HOSTING COMPANY IS VOX???????</p> <p>I TOOK THE INITIATIVE OF PHONING TELKOM MYSELF.<br />THAY HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE FAULT HAS BEEN DELT WITH AND THE CASE IS CLOSED.</p> <p>I SPOKE TO A MANAGER AT M WEB ,SAADIQA , AND SHE SAID THE CASE IS NOT CLOSED.</p> <p>THAY HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE FAULT HAS BEEN DELT WITH AND THE CASE IS CLOSED.</p> <p>I PHONED VOX INTERNET PROVIDER AND THEY ALSO CONFIRMED THAT THE CASE HAS BEEN CLOSED.</p> <p>MY INTERNET IS STILL NOT WORKING AND MWEB HAS NOT GOT THE ABILITY TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM……........</p>
If desided to apply for a smart device with fnb.
