I purchased a sublimation machine that was delivered in December, and unfortunately the machine was faulty from the moment it arrived. Instead of receiving proper support to resolve the issue, I have experienced poor communication and a lack of urgency from the owner, April. The matter has been handled in a very nonchalant manner, as if the fact that I cannot properly utilise the machine is not a serious concern. This machine was purchased for business purposes, and because of these ongoing issues, it has negatively affected my ability to work and operate efficiently. To make matters worse, I was expected to pay call-out fees for technicians to fix a machine that was not delivered in proper working condition, That is unacceptable. A customer should not have to pay extra to correct faulty that existed from delivery. Calls have gone unanswered, and communication has now stopped completely regarding this matter. As a paying customer, I expected accountability, professional after sales service, and a prompt resolution. Instead I have been left with a faulty machine and ongoing losses. DO NOT BUY ANY SUBLIMATION MACHINEY OR PRODUCTS FROM THIS MANAUFACTURER IN JOHANNESBURG
