Don't give Innovia Properties another cent!

Stay away from any Innovia Properties developments!!! They are con artists that are dishonest, manipulative, useless and only care about how much money they can put into their own pockets.

We were suppose to move into our house in April 2020, but we could only move in at the end of November 2020 due to the house not being finished. The day we got the go ahead to move in the house wasn't even finished with the stair railing standing in our living room and the upstairs shower leaking onto our downstairs ceiling. Plumbing issues with showers and sinks, waterproofing issues and water damages, structural issues and just plain sloppy finishes.

6 months later and with no effort to fix any of these issues we had to take further steps against them.
