Selling counterfeit goods

I would rate INSANE KICKS 0/5 as they're selling counterfeit goods. The problems is that they're charging full price and lifting images off the sneaker brand's website so you're deceived into thinking you're paying for authentic sneakers and when they arrive they're obviously ****. Plastic, falling apart and no branding on the box. I was so disappointed and reached out to request a refund and at first they advised that I do not qualify for a refund. I then pointed out that the goods were counterfeit and this is ***** and that I would like my money back and they then just ignored me. They are doing a lot of advertising on social media and it concerns me how many people they will deceive. It is *****.
