Through word of mouth I came across Inspect a home. Considering the fact that buying a home is very stressful I thought to try out Inspect a home services. Upon initial contact i got the impression that they were very professional. Thus it made sense at the time to make use of their services.

What I got was a different scenario. The person in charge of sending out the agent was not very client orientated. I can accept that but the worst was the quality of service and mind you - you only get to know the report once payment is made.

The report lacked integrity as there was miss represented information. The report was also not complete. The report bamboozles you with all sorts of SA standards. Don't get me wrong this is good, but if most of the content is about standards - you can just as well download that from the internet.

What was most disappointing was the fact that when I did give my offer for the house, it was mentioned that it was too low. According to the owners the agent I sent out said so. It turns out that the agent is also looking for a place in the area. One would expect professionalism, integrity and more importantly that the agent has your best interest at heart.
