To those who are considering metro fiber as a service provider a WARNING before you use their services...I would like to bring to your attention about the appalling customer services that I have been receiving from Metro Fiber to my home. Since the end May 2024 my fiber line to my home was unstable. For the month of June and part of July I received no connection, yet the debit order has been processed - despite my attempts to bring this to their attention no one assisted me. Many many calls later and only when l threatened to cancel on the 10th of July 2024 did i finally received a line to my home. Now i am battling to obtain a refund for those 45 days when i had no services. in august my line was suspended - i reminded them of the cr - thereafter the suspension was lifted. Neither the finance team nor the support team nor the Maintenace team seems to communicate with each other on the issues that i have been experiencing. I have not received an invoice of the amount i owe with the credit owed. Every time i rehash the story line (in spite of their staff being aware of the problem), nothing is done. My calls are costing me more than their services. The managers seem not to bother, the support staff can not do anything, Again today my line was suspended, however finance is confused as to why the line is suspended - depending whom one speaks to - they are not aware of what the issue is. I really do not know who is in charge at metro Fiber. My experience has made me realized that they are terribly ***********. The sad part is that six fountains estate has used them as a service provider to the estate and the owners are stuck with them and their terrible services. My appeal to metro fiber staff to help resolve this issue. I would like to conclude this terrible saga and ordeal with their services. I wish i could move to a better provider. Any intervention moving forward would be appreciated. DISAPPOINTED.

Through word of mouth I came across Inspect a home. Considering the fact that buying a home is very stressful I thought to try out Inspect a home services. Upon initial contact i got the impression that they were very professional. Thus it made sense at the time to make use of their services.<br> <br> What I got was a different scenario. The person in charge of sending out the agent was not very client orientated. I can accept that but the worst was the quality of service and mind you - you only get to know the report once payment is made.<br> <br> The report lacked integrity as there was miss represented information. The report was also not complete. The report bamboozles you with all sorts of SA standards. Don't get me wrong this is good, but if most of the content is about standards - you can just as well download that from the internet.<br> <br> What was most disappointing was the fact that when I did give my offer for the house, it was mentioned that it was too low. According to the owners the agent I sent out said so. It turns out that the agent is also looking for a place in the area. One would expect professionalism, integrity and more importantly that the agent has your best interest at heart.
