I am beyond disappointed with the lack of accountability at I-Car Lifestyle Motors in Centurion. I purchased a Lexus GS 350 that was delivered with four buckled wheels—a severe latent defect and a major road safety hazard that their "thorough" checks failed to catch.
The Experience:
Safety Risks: The car arrived with a severe shudder. I spent my own money on new tyres and brakes, only to discover through a specialist (Tyger Wheel & Tyre) that all four rims were structurally compromised.
No Accountability: I alerted the salesman, Reese, immediately. When he failed to provide a solution, the matter was moved to management.
Management Silence: Despite the life-threatening nature of a "death sentence" defect like buckled wheels, management has completely ignored my requests for reimbur*****t. I have already paid for the repairs to make the car safe for my family. I am now calling on I-Car Lifestyle Motors and their financing partner, MFC, to stop the "wait and see" game and reimburse me for these structural repairs.
Potential buyers beware: If something goes wrong with the "quality" vehicle they sell you, expect total silence from their management team.
