I am beyond disappointed with the lack of accountability at I-Car Lifestyle Motors in Centurion. I purchased a Lexus GS 350 that was delivered with four buckled wheels—a severe latent defect and a major road safety hazard that their "thorough" checks failed to catch. The Experience: Safety Risks: The car arrived with a severe shudder. I spent my own money on new tyres and brakes, only to discover through a specialist (Tyger Wheel & Tyre) that all four rims were structurally compromised. No Accountability: I alerted the salesman, Reese, immediately. When he failed to provide a solution, the matter was moved to management. Management Silence: Despite the life-threatening nature of a "death sentence" defect like buckled wheels, management has completely ignored my requests for reimbur*****t. I have already paid for the repairs to make the car safe for my family. I am now calling on I-Car Lifestyle Motors and their financing partner, MFC, to stop the "wait and see" game and reimburse me for these structural repairs. Potential buyers beware: If something goes wrong with the "quality" vehicle they sell you, expect total silence from their management team.
Absolutely disgraceful. I called the call center and was directed to another cape town number and then diverted to Petrus who schdules calls and no answer. My geyser is around 6months old of that and some sensor has gone. It was logged with kwikot and the reference number is 57-429445. Call was rescheduled soo many times even the operator advised me. Pathetic service. Communication is really bad.
I am so disappointed in takealot as my Aunt Bought a TV in August of 2020 by which they hung the TV on the wall. 4 Months later it lost picture. They tried to send it back as it is still under Warrantee however refused to fix it as it did not have the stands. "THE STANDS"???? Can someone tell me why this is required to fix the actual issue with the TV? They actually refused to Fix it due to this and i think that is ridiculous and i am sure consumer protection act is something that needs to be looked at here .
So we had an eskom bill that was very high and eskom stated we needed to have meter checked we then went through the process of checking the meter and it was stated there was an issue but now in this time before checking the meter we were paying big amounts on the account. Eskom for some reason then came back to us and we suddenly had a credit. After the credit the account was closed by eskom. I then enquired as to why it was closed. They quickly re-opened the account and now we have a bill of 25K? Sorry from a credit of 4k in January and now 25K in September? Sorry where and how is that even possible? I want this resolved ASAP Eskom
I ordered goods to the value of R5000 + however stated my goods would be delivered by 7 may. I received 3 items to the value of R900 only on 12 may and no communication thereafter. It says my order has been delivered but has not. Ive not received Around R4000 + items and no communication at all. Its the 15th of May already. I want my goods or a refund. I can rather support another business where I would not wait this long. I want feedback
