Faulty Gate, No compensation, Time wastage

In November 2024 I approached the main entrance/exit of Blue Lake Estate, I waited for the security guard on duty to open the boom gates. The large black gates were already open. The guard then gave me a thumbs up, indicating that it was safe to proceed. Once the boom gate was lifted, I began to exit the premises. While doing so, the large black gate closed unexpectedly, causing damage to the left side of my vehicle.

It is important to note that there were no visible disclaimer or warning signboards indicating that the gate may close without warning. Despite this, Inspired Management, which is insured by Econo Risk, engaged in six months of back-and-forth communication, seemingly seeking reasons not to take responsibility or repair the damage to my vehicle.

Additionally there are no records of maintenance on the gate and Aragon security complained about this on a daily basis.
