I have been emailing and messaging the Fish Eagle View office/people so many times to ask them to check if my cat that was missing since March 2025 is at my previous complex. Some of the people sound like they think I am lying about the cat. I dont have access to get inside the complex to look for my missing cat. I want my cat back!!! They dont even communicate with me to let me know what is going on. They are not even professional.

Am really dissapointed. With ur management from walford estate in midrand Every weekend theres one unit that makes noice for all of us we can even sleep they dont respect the complex rules at all. The securities arent doing anything about it. @all is well security management

Brandon Upton has been absolutely amazing and very helpful. Recently booked a Clubhouse and Brandon went out of his way to make sure that I got my refund promptly rather than waiting for the regular payment cycle. Really appreciate it.

I had a safety concern regarding the complex entrance, particularly in light of the recent increase in crime in the area. I raised the issue with Brandon Upton, and it was addressed immediately—something that had not been the case in the past. His prompt and effective response, especially considering that this matter did not fall within his direct responsibilities, is commendable. I truly appreciate the way he prioritized the end-user experience

In November 2024 I approached the main entrance/exit of Blue Lake Estate, I waited for the security guard on duty to open the boom gates. The large black gates were already open. The guard then gave me a thumbs up, indicating that it was safe to proceed. Once the boom gate was lifted, I began to exit the premises. While doing so, the large black gate closed unexpectedly, causing damage to the left side of my vehicle. It is important to note that there were no visible disclaimer or warning signboards indicating that the gate may close without warning. Despite this, Inspired Management, which is insured by Econo Risk, engaged in six months of back-and-forth communication, seemingly seeking reasons not to take responsibility or repair the damage to my vehicle. Additionally there are no records of maintenance on the gate and Aragon security complained about this on a daily basis.
