My dad bought a car on the 19th of November 2025. The dealership still hasn’t given him the papers. When he calls Ralph(the guy who sold him the car), he doesn’t answer his phone anymore. He was supposed to travel outside the country from the 15th but he can’t because he doesn’t have the appropriate documents. This is very UNACCEPTABLE!!!
ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW SINCE THEY TOLD ME MY REFUND IS COMING. THEY ARE NOW TELLING ME I MUST CONTACT MY BANK AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM BOOKING.COM. THEY ARE ****MERS. IM BEYOND ****ED BECAUSE THERE’S NO WAY THEY CAN DO ALL OF US LIKE THIS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
I made a booking more than two weeks ago, I paid for it and immediately cancelled because when I got to the hotel, it was too scary for me to sleep there. I then booked elsewhere. I still had a free cancellation and was told that I was refunded and the money would reflect within 7-12 working days. I’m still waiting till date and they are not answering my messages. Don’t even try to book using them!!
I went for IUD insertion and didnt go ahead with my procedure but had paid for it. Now I’m told I’m owing Marie Stopes. Messed up company this one!!!

I reported a ***** case at their branch and was supposed to get feedback within a week, it’s been over a month. They’ve been deducting money from my account since May 2024 and I didn’t authorise the deduction. They suck
I paid R2500 for the clubhouse for my baby shower. Unfortunately, the baby arrived before the baby shower and I requested a refund. I did it through Shirley who is our estate manager at Blue Lake estate. She sent me the forms on the 18th of March 2025 and since then I’ve been waiting for my refund. She’s not answering my messages nor is she taking my calls. This is really frustrating because I’m already not having a good stay in this estate. They take long to fix everything. Now this! I’m moving out in two months because there’s no way I’m paying so much money for rent and this is the treatment I’m getting.
Nthabiseng from Infinitec made my return of the pots so smooth. She is very patient and explains what I need to do thoroughly. What an agent she is!
The worst insurance ever. They look for every reason not to pay out. I’m heavily pregnant and going on early labour now because of them. Save yourself time and choose a different insurer.
A Cook4Life/Infinitec agent came to my work and sold us their products. I bought pots and paid the instalments in months until I finished. The pots got delivered and 1 month after using them, the handles started falling off. It’s just over six months now and the pots that costed me so much money look like I bought them 7 seven years. Don’t buy anything from Infinitec y’all.
