The worst property management to deal with. We don’t have access to the financials, recently had electricity disconnection by COE due to Inspire’s non-payments.
I need clarification from FNB as between 26.03.2025 and 29.04.2025 I had about 23 x -R8.00 related to decline foreign transaction t 457*** which I don’t have any idea of. Sadly this has been happening for quite sometime and i thought it was an error but I see it still continues. I need clarity as to what this decline foreign T 457 is related to and my money to be reimbursed accordingly so.
I cancelled my contract on the 06.01.2023 at Telkom Greenstone and somehow am still being billed. How many do I have to cancel for you to stop this nonsense billing.
On several occasions I have been in contact with FNB call centre to assist me with a paid up letter for a Temp Loan which is reflecting that is now over 6 months in arrears on my Experian report. It shows that the amount has been outstanding since 26.09.2022 and now in arrears and I currently dont have any existing temp loans with FNB as all my temp loans were settled. The same is affecting my credit score in a negative manner and I request that my profile to be updated soonest.

I ordered a family meal 3 sides sharing from Nandos Stonehill (Greenstone). The Chicken was burnt, dry and NO Flavor. It was already late for us to take back the food as restaurants are now closing early due to covid. Pictures available on request.
I ordered a Watch from Takealot which was delivered on Monday the 28th June, the very same day I logged a ticket for a return which, collection was done on Wednesday the 30th June, however my account is still not credited.
On Sunday the 24th of January i placed an order with UberEats paid for it using my card details online, but i never received my food. Firstly when placing the order on their system the app confirmed that the driver will come in an Audi A4, however when the driver arrives he was on a motobike and asked the security for Angela, not give them the unit number. He did not try to call me to let me know that he was at the security then he decided to leave with the food, had to drive to Nandos Greenstone Hill to enquire if the driver did not bring back the food and had to contact UberEats to ask for my refund as i did not receive my order was told it will take 3 to 5 days.

Monday the 27th March 2017, time 14H30 i called FNB customer service to help with my debit orders, i spoke to a lady by the name of Pauline who was not helpful at all i kept explaining my self to her but she refused to help me, my question is why the previous agent that i spoke to was able to help and she cant. she kept on saying that she cant revise authorise debit orders, whereas i kept telling her that my agreement with african bank was to debit 260+ 260= R520 every month i even asked her to check on the last dispute that i made but still she couldnt help. People like you Pauline shoulddt be in customer service clearly you dont know the meaning of customer service, people like you deserve to be out there on the streets jobless because clearly you not customer service orientated.
