Brandon Upton has been absolutely amazing and very helpful. Recently booked a Clubhouse and Brandon went out of his way to make sure that I got my refund promptly rather than waiting for the regular payment cycle. Really appreciate it.
I was renting at Sanridge Village in Midrand and I've always done my inspection every year and they always confirm everything looks fine, last inspection was done late last year(2024)...so when I moved out end of January 2025 Morne did the inspection and asked if they ever painted the place since I moved in, I told him NO ,and that when I moved in it didn't look like it was painted either and that every time they do an inspection they always say everything looks ok Then after the inspection ,there was no report or any concerns communicated to me regarding the inspection but on the 20th February 2025 I was paid R 1 918.08 instead of R5 100.00. When I emailed them to enquire they forwarded the email to Morne to respond but he never did until I decided to call him myself, he he told me that they found some marks on the wall that I left and that he will send me an email with the pictures to prove what he's talking about but I haven't received any email. All I want is my deposit if they wanted to paint the place they should have done so while I was still staying there and now they making up excuses not to pay me my deposit. Horrible service .
American Swiss Midrand mall(Boulders) Bought a ring on Friday (20th September 2024), the ring was big and needed resizing, people who assisted us at the store told us we’ll get the ring on Thursday (26th September 2024) and that they will state for the warehouse to treat it as an emergency since we needed the ring by 26th to use it over the weekend. On Wednesday (25th September) when I called to find out if I’ll get the ring by Thursday they told me that the warehouse don’t deliver on Thursdays, and also told me that the warehouse people already dropped the rings that afternoon but mine was not there. I asked the lady on the phone why did they tell me that I’ll get the ring Thursday if they know very well that they don’t deliver repaired rings on Thursday, she told me she doesn’t know why the people who assisted me on Friday told me that. She tried calling the warehouse to find out what’s going on but she said they aren’t answering the phone. We have a ceremony on Saturday, we are travelling Thursday afternoon, we need the ring for the ceremony, how are we supposed to continue while there’s no ring, I’m so disappointed because we could have bought the ring somewhere else if they were honest enough and tell us that we won’t get ring by Thursday and what’s the point of stating that the repair is urgent if the warehouse won’t consider it , so now we must have an engagement ceremony without a ring? I want answers I’m so disappointed and will never buy or advise anyone to buy there cz now everything is ruined . The lady at the store said there’s nothing else she can do so meaning I must just take it as it is
