I have never experience such a disgusting customer service as I have with Vision starting from a junior staff members to their manager Called Loodewyk Hattingh. These people struggle to provide a simple feedback regarding a No Claim letter required by Outsurance . This query/matter has been going on since early January 2026 until now. They do not update you or provide any feedback regarding my matter unless you send them an email.

The worst Property management company. The state of San More in Moreleta Park, Pretoria East is disgusting. The swimming pool has drained out and the water is filthy and green. No one answers your calls or responds to emails. Yet every month, they faithfully send out levy invoices to pay on time and notices of any late payments. We do not know who the trustees are, it's a state secret. We are not allowed to create a community whatsapp group by owners. Can someone help us get rid of this agent???

Our recent experience with Vision Properties has been deeply disappointing. During a prolonged water cut for nonpayment by the body corporate to the municipality, there has been a complete lack of urgency in addressing the issue. Residents are left without clear timelines or updates, and communication is virtually nonexistent. This is unacceptable for an organisation tasked with managing essential services. Basic expectations such as timely updates, transparency, and proactive problem-solving have not been met. The silence and inaction cause unnecessary stress and inconvenience for all residents. We expect better accountability and responsiveness.

Since I moved into Delta Valencia, all my requests for items which needed attention were attended to promptly, with professional workmanship and consideration to my privacy. Big up you guys, you go the extra mile. Am staying put!

My experience with Vision Property has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I have been paying a special levy for several months towards repairs that were meant to fix ongoing water leaks and severe damp damage in my unit at Sterling Gate. Despite these payments, the repair work has been poorly executed, incomplete, and has not resolved the underlying issue. The contractor appointed by Vision Property openly admitted that certain walls were left unrepaired because the cracks were “not visible” — even though those same walls continue to cause recurring damp inside my home. This level of workmanship is unacceptable, and what’s worse, Vision Property has shown no sense of urgency or accountability in addressing it. I have sent multiple formal emails requesting feedback, timelines, and escalation to senior management, yet have received no response or acknowledgment to date. This silence is not only unprofessional, it reflects a serious failure in their duty of care to property owners. Homeowners place their trust in managing agents to act with transparency, competence, and integrity. Unfortunately, my experience with Vision Property has been the complete opposite — poor communication, lack of follow-up, and no resolution to a long-standing and costly issue. I would strongly caution any property owner or body corporate to think twice before entrusting Vision Property with the management of their investment.

The managing agent at Leilas Lane has provided an extremely disappointing service. They show little to no concern for residents or the upkeep of the complex. Issues are ignored, communication is poor, and there’s no sense of accountability. The owners also seem uninterested in protecting their investment, which is alarming — this attitude will only drive more tenants away. If you’re considering moving here or working with this agent, I’d strongly advise against it until serious improvements are made.

I demanded for my paid up letter and Petro Olivier intimidated and threatened to not give me my letter because I used the word "demand" which is my rightful request. A very unprofessional staff ,I will fight with everything that my complex NEVER renews their contract with our complex ever again. Would never recommend that property management
