The worst Property management company. The state of San More in Moreleta Park, Pretoria East is disgusting. The swimming pool has drained out and the water is filthy and green. No one answers your calls or responds to emails. Yet every month, they faithfully send out levy invoices to pay on time and notices of any late payments. We do not know who the trustees are, it's a state secret. We are not allowed to create a community whatsapp group by owners. Can someone help us get rid of this agent???

My medical aid is suspended for the fifth time and its paid up to date!!!!!! The employees in the billing department at Sizwe do not know how to reconcile contributions and does not understand the consequences of a suspended membership, especially the fact that my husband is a diabetic!!!! Reconsider taking out medical aid with them, we are canceling ours!!!
Extremely unprofessional service, my courtesy car which I was approved for 30 days and which is part of my benefits that I pay for every month, was cut to 21 days by Virseker while I was using and dependent on the car, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AND THE BEST PART IS ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY WHERE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSED. NOW I AM STUCK WITHOUT A CAR, AND VIRSEKER IS CLOSED.
My membership is suspended for the third time in a two month's period because I do a EFT and not a debit order. The proof of payments was send to Sizwe literally 10 times and I have called four times to advise and confirm, yet my membership is suspended again today!!!!!!
Do not join Sizwe Medical Aid. Just to change the main member takes 20 emails, 2000 calls and still they cant update a simple request. Only two people on the medical aid, change the current main member to dependent and the dependent to main member is asking for a miracle!!!! A simple request that cant be done
We completed the two pot withdrawal end of Sep 2024 when Old Mutual opened this option for its members, however as at today, 17 December 2024 we have not received the two pot payout. Every time we call Old Mutual we receive the same feedback that there is a manual process not completed yet. For three months, this manual process cannot be concluded. Think twice before taking out any type of annuity from Old Mutual.
My husband went to get his chronic diabetic medication by the pharmacy as he usually does, however to our surprise we were advised that our medical aid has been suspended. We do not know why, we were not informed by Sizwe about any problems with our medical aid, we have a monthly debit order that is managed by Sizwe, therefore it should not have a problem as it runs monthly with no issues. When we tried to contact Sizwe, we received a answering machine advising Sizwe will only be available on Monday again. What if there is an emergency over the weekend and we require the medical aid urgently that we have been with for five years?? We had to spend over R2000 on my husband's chronic medication today which is a life or death situation. Very disappointed in Sizwe for suspending a membership with no communication on what is the problem, and having a medical aid is critical especially with my husband's diabetes.
Kung Fu Kitchen - Greenstone Branch. We wanted to buy sushi at Kung Fu Greenstone branch, but to our disgust, the person who was preparing the sushi allowed multi flies to sit on the sushi while he was preparing it without precautions to keep them away. We requested a refund as this is extremely unhygienic and disgusting. Be cautious when buying food there
We hired a car at their Durban International Airport branch and was asked to pay a R6000 deposit for access in the event of an accident, which we paid. To our surprise when we returned the car, a R500 was deducted for document administration, service fee and fuel even though we only traveled 84km and the first 400km was told was for free. Pathetic service
