I have never experience such a disgusting customer service as I have with Vision starting from a junior staff members to their manager Called Loodewyk Hattingh. These people struggle to provide a simple feedback regarding a No Claim letter required by Outsurance . This query/matter has been going on since early January 2026 until now. They do not update you or provide any feedback regarding my matter unless you send them an email.
The service is extremely poor . About 4 people in the contact centre are unable to trace whether the payment is done on the phone taken from PEP. I gave them all reference and ID numbers at my disposal and they still cannot assist . This payment of the phone was made on 12 Feb 2026 and they are harassing my aunt seeking a payment that’s already been done .
EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH RAIN LIES AND LIES OVER AND OVER AGAIN. CAN SOMEONE ADVISE ME WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND THAT I REQUESTED SINCE EARLY MAY ON SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED END APRIL. ALL I GET IS A RESPONSE THAT LIES TO SAY THEY WILL CALL AND THAT NEVER HAPPENS AND I CAN'T EVEN REMOVE MY BANK DETAILS FROM THEIR APP FOR THE TO STOP DEDUCTING MY HARD-EARNED MONEY.
I cancelled my contract with Rain in April 2025, and I have since even returned their Router, yet they deducted my R569 on 02 May 2025 and **** that they will call me. Can they please process my refund asap. When I wrote this review earlier on 5 May 2025 , I was told someone will call me , to date that has not happened
Customer Service is the worst
OUTsurance has gone above and beyond going extra mile when they assisted me on Wednesday , 15/04/25 particularly Thami Nsibande. I was on the verge to change into another insurance due to financial pressures . Not only was Thamie helpful , but she’s also knowledgeable and passionate about her job . She managed to retain me back and reduced my premium to acceptable level. I addition to this , Thamie also managed to refund the premium I had paid to that prospective insurance I was moving to . Saying I’m excited about this experience is an understatement. I’m super super pleased and feel well taken care of by OUTsurance . Thanks Thamie! Well done ntombi 🙏
Unprofessional and service non-existent
What a world class service! Keep up the good work
The service they render with their online purchases is shocking to say the least, Been in contact with them since 10 January 2023 and they do not attend to emails. Calling them over the phone is a big nightmare as well as they fail to provide service. I have asked them to effect a refund as the item ordered was not on stock, they are unable to commit the date when this can be done. I am really disappointed with the service I have been given here after all the years i have supported them.
I wish to point out an utter disgrace at the service offered by Bendels Consulting who handle my tax affairs . All the emails I have been sending to them have gone unanswered. They cannot even acknowledge the email to begin with. They lack professionalism Which their services require . I’m utterly disappointed in them.
