they blocked my phone while I am not their customer when I report the matter to them, they said I must write them an email, I wrote many emails and today its day 4 with a blocked phone no assistance and they are ghosting me basically yet I'm not their customer ,I have never bought any phone under Foneyam .

Claim process is a ****, consultants are so rude. Put in a claim a month ago, for 2 weeks they claimed their mailbox was full could not attend to my claim. The consultants are so rude, when eventually they responded to my email, my claim keeps being cancelled. I call I email no one cares. I am warning everyone, DONT GO WITH FOWN YAM,they are only interested in getting the money don't give **** about clients.

My phone got ****** in January, I logged a claim and they have been making jump through hoops ever since. When I finally did get someone helpful they told me to resend the documents then cancel the claim immediately. When I submitted again it got canceled immediately. And yet they say the phone is protected with there insurance. As for friendly consultants, they so rude . Not impressed with the service from this company.
