I'm very upset with tfg I got a new sim it was rica linked to my account ported in one of my numbers to the sim and now tbat the port did go through it says my sim is not rica this is unacceptable i stay far form the store I can't go nack there to Rica the sim why did the sim unrica when I ported in yet it was rica before i ported in what is going on tfg
I am only getting old age pension in my Islamic easy bank account and my bank account has a negative balance of over 100 and then on the transaction history it says service fee and that is messed up there's no detail description what the service fee is about and also how am I supposed to afford it that's a hig amount for me as a pensioner I am very disappointed in First National Bank this should be fixed up

I ported my number ending in 6699 from rain to mtn but now it's active on both networks I was told rain needs to allocate a new number to this sim and update the routing or deactivate a number on rain side since I ported 2 mtn because now it's active on boat networks
I just called in to re order a loop after I have canceled previous ones that were collected by ccd and I returned a fee routers to rain in pe the agent at the rain store even confirmed with you guys that it was returned as far as I know sales agent shouldn't be interrogating you and asking you questions about routers being returned and why you cancel your products before and make you feel like a ******** even do you have returned the routers and you have proof of them I have reference numbers of the Collections by CCD couriers that I supp**** I know that agents name at the rain store that helped me returned them I had no idea that it's a problem you cancel items and return them and to place an order for a new product weeks or months after does made me feel very uncomfortable with rain she ask me so many questions about my previous products and cancellations and where those routers are and I explained to the sales agent ik detail I returned them the store and had the agents name at the store who helped me as well and a few that were collected via your courier company and I had the reference numbers of the collections she she even asked me for it and told me to hang on she's going to speak to the manager this was very strange and make me feel very uncomfortable because this is not part of a sales agent's job they should be capturing the order and not interrogating a customer I don't want to do business with rain anymore my account is being paid up to date there's no problems with my account I've never withhold products that I took by rain if returned it when your legal department sent me a letter about a router that was not returned I reply to them with the reference numbers and I got a email back and they confirmed that the agent in port Elizabeth store that confirm with them that I did come return it but the fact that a sales agent is interrogating a customer when they want to retake a product has left me unhappy i even selected the loop for collection I even explain to what the other products werre cancel because I got them for temporary use I didn't know that such thing as a problem because I've been with different networks before and I've never been interrogated by a sales agent and I've never had problems with getting products for temporary use and canceling it akd returning the routers I don't really see what the problem was today as long as I'm paying for the product as long as I return the hardware when I cancel they shouldn't have been a problem if you need a salesperson's name I can supply you to you but I think this is going to be the end of the road for me with Rain I've been with you guys since 2021 and I've never had a service person talk to me like this ask me this type of questions and telling me that she needs to go talk to her manager like I did something horriblely wrong this is one way to chase away your customer I will be canceling my loop order on my profile I do not want it anymore I am very disappointed
I was told there is a ***** mark on my account and I must send in a proof of address and my I d to remove it I have emailed in it more then ones and no one can help me i never got to buy anything yet please remove it as soon as possible as I would like to use my credit facility the latest ref I got is Ref #2296795 please help me
