Vodacom Business is absolute worst! I will take my business elsewhere.
I ordered a TV with same day delivery, the TV was delivered late and the driver beyond pathetic! Nonetheless when I opened the TV it was broken, I immediately logged a return and its more than a week later and I still have not heard anything
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Cartrack’s service. On 08/12/2025, I had a tracker and dashcam installed in one of my business vehicles. During the installation, the technician broke my windshield. He admitted it happened, said he would report it, and assured me that Cartrack would contact me to resolve the issue. They never did. After waiting and hearing nothing, I logged a formal query. Since then, I have been stuck in an endless email loop with someone named Thato, who repeatedly promises to “follow up” — but nothing ever happens. It has now been almost two months, and I still have: No feedback No resolution No accountability No compensation for the damaged windshield This is shocking service for a company that deals with business clients and vehicle installations. Causing damage is bad enough — ignoring the client afterward is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering Cartrack to think twice. Once something goes wrong, you are left chasing emails and empty promises. Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible after-sales service! From - YUNUS - JONATHAN - ROWLAND I have been waiting over a month for a simple refund, and this is not the first time they have dragged their feet. It took forever to get my holding deposit back, and now the same story with my license fee refund. I sent all the required details on 4 July, and then on 25 July I was asked for my bank confirmation for the EIGHTH time — yet today, there is still no payment. Dealing with this dealership has been nothing but frustration. Communication is poor, promises mean nothing, and there is zero urgency to resolve customer issues once they have your money. I will be reporting them to the Motor Industry Ombudsman. Avoid this dealership unless you want endless delays and shocking service!
Absolute pathetic service from Planet Fitness centurion gate!!! Arrogant service from the sales manager Ignaz, I have never in my entire life dealt with such an incompetent person. Struggling for almost 6 months now to get my money back! Absolutely PATHETIC!!!
I had the absolute worst experience with HiQ Centurion. The sales representative promised to deliver mags and tyres within 5 working days and its been more than a month and still no sign of mags or tyres. I have followed up every day and every time its a different excuse!!! The worst of all I have reached out via their website to escalate this issue and through their Facebook page and not even a response!! Absolutely pathetic!!!
Worst communication ever! I requested a deposit refund on the 2nd of August and I still did not receive any feedback! Absolutely pathetic, Charlene Snyders has been directly copied in the mail and still NO RESPONSE!
My line was activated on the 29th July and its 7 August and my wifi is still not working. I have phoned each day and still not working!!!! Pathetic service!!!
Pathetic service - tried to cancel my policy and only after 10mins of arguing with the person from Outsurance he started to bad mouth my new insurer and sent me links to bad reviews of my new insurer. Very bad business etiquette from Outsurance. Will definitely not do business with them ever again!!!
