I am compelled to share my deeply frustrating experience with Inspired Management during my residency at Ihita in Fourways. Despite their website’s promises of a fully functional access control system, I have been living here for over a month without any assistance in setting up my gate access. This is not just an inconvenience but a significant safety concern. Moreover, for the past month, my water has been turning cold every few days, and despite numerous complaints, the issue remains unresolved. The lack of responsiveness and accountability from Inspired Management is appalling. It appears my experience is not isolated. Numerous reviews on Hello Peter highlight similar grievances. One reviewer mentioned, “Worst services I have ever come across. Rude and arrogant staff, no phone etiquette, when you eventually get hold of them, seems they only work from 10 to 12.”  Another stated, “This company is involved in the management of a residential complex, and unfortunately, their service delivery, and communication is beyond poor.”  Such consistent negative feedback across various platforms underscores a systemic issue within Inspired Management. Their failure to address critical maintenance problems and their blatant disregard for tenant concerns is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential tenants to conduct thorough research before considering any property managed by Inspired Management. Their lack of professionalism and failure to deliver on their promises have caused significant distress and inconvenience. Transparency, effective communication, and prompt issue resolution are fundamental expectations for any property management company, yet Inspired Management has consistently failed in these areas.
I have opened an account with this place and I have received nothing but ********** service. I am at my wits end with frustration with this company now and I tried my best to be patient and polite. I still have not received a phone call for my installation to take place after I promised that I would be called in 5 days, just for me to follow up 6 days later and hear that I need to wait 14 days? All they do is li and I have all of the WhatsApp conversations to prove it. My frustrations were extensively discussed on multiple phone calls and I have requested ALL of the phone call recordings I have had with the company thus far with no success because they keep ignoring the request. I do however have the extensive WhatsApp conversations. First and foremost, and the largest point I’m making, in discussion with Busisiwe on the 8th of November, I specifically pointed out that I am calling to open an account but that I do not want to be billed or for any processes to begin until the 15th of November when I am prepared to pay the installation fees and begin the process. All was well and she assured me that nothing will be billed up until the 15th and that she is taking my details in the meantime. I passed all of my details on and was billed not even an hour later on the 8th of November. The money immediately left my account. First problem and the biggest one. Secondly, I had to spend my time phoning back and forth about this issue until a kind man on the WhatsApp line was able to assist in escalating my proof of payment faster for me because I told them that if you are gonna rush to take my money without my permission, then you can rush to bring my wifi. Had they seen it as urgent as it should have been to make sure my router arrives ASAP, like you took my money on the same day, I would've left this situation alone, But that was the 8th of November, it's the 26th, where’s my installation? I don’t care nor do I want to hear about process and procedure because that didn’t apply when I specifically asked to be billed on a certain date. Furthermore, the contact info on my account. I am the primary holder and I was asked to add a secondary number incase of emergency, I gave Busisiwe my fathers cell number. I don’t live with him, if I did, I wouldn't be needing to get my own wifi. ALL of the communication about my wifi was going through to my emergency contact who isn’t even in my city currently. So I was left in the dark. The router then arrives at my doorstep without my knowledge, I happened to be there, just about leaving for work when it arrived and there was an entire back and forth about me not having received a code for them to give it to me. They eventually agreed to just trust me and give me the package without a code. What if they decided to take it back and I couldn’t convince them? After this incident I had to call web Africa yet again and take my emergency contact off my account as a whole to avoid further confusion. On the 18th of November, I believe, the process started and I was assured that within 5 days I would receive a call for installation. I have not received a call. When I follow up, I get told 'actually 14 days'???? AGAIN, if you were so quick to take my money, I expect a call on day ONE. I would like an installation phone call by the end of today or all of the lies told on those calls, including this one, will be escalated. What a terrible service provider
The service and food at ocean basket cresta mall is horrific. Apon arrival, we were told to sit anywhere and the waiter took a long time to bring menus. Keep in mind that it was empty. There was no starter bread brought to the table. They said that they had none. The sushi was warm and not fresh, the wasabi was watery. I ordered panic prawns as a starter, wish I can attach the image I have of the burned crusty prawns I was served. It looked as though it was fried in old oil, hard as a rock and underneath the crust, it was still shelled and the heads were still attached, under the breading? The starter also only arrived 15 minutes after the main. My partner ordered hake and chips, one hake was deboned and one was not. When asking we were told "you have to request to have the bones removed"???? We ordered a Mojito jug that was hot with no ice and had, what we suspect, no alcohol in it, even though we ordered it with alcohol. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Nothing we had ordered was good.
