Dealing with Brandon Upton is a pleasure. I find him to be very helpful, efficient and he responds promptly to queries and emails.
I ordered and paid for shoes and i have still not received them. There is no telephone number to call them and i have sent many emails with no response. Strange how they take your money but you do not receive your order. Very angry and very upsetting. Shocking service - well actually no service whatsoever.
Our parents are NOW stuck in Rome after not been allowed off the ship and now there is no answer from Imagine Cruising and no replies to our emails. The South African's were not allowed of the ship..... Why? and now they are stuck in Rome until when? WE NEED ANSWERS PLEASE AND THE SAFE RETURN OF OUR PARENTS TO SOUTH AFRICA.
