My bank was hack and I have 7 k dollars inside the account I spoke the customer care they talk to me rudely before my friend introduced me to the broker name in my title review for full recovered back my money

I cancelled my contract with these people within 5 days after signing up with them. I literally had to go to their offices in Durbanville for a refund on my credit card after cancelling through a letter. Now after 4 years they still deduct membership fees. How do i stop them. I feel I'll do something irresponsible since i know where their offices are.

A couple of years ago I have signed up with instastox/megastox. The service that I receive was putrid and last year I have tried to cancel the contract. This is where my nightmare actually started. I went on to instastoxc website and try to contact the numbers and even mail them, but to no avail. The info on the website is just there for window dressing, that’s all. I eventually went to my bank to stop the debits and they told me that Instastox,megastox must do a stoptrade from there side otherwise they will just continue to deduct. I have receive a red letter of demand from the following company , that I owe them and that I will have make payment. I got hold of these people that send the letter and I ask them to close my account. I have send cancellation letter, which they still did not cancel. I have even make contact to a person that previously were employed with the company and he actually gave me the contact details how to reach them. I have contact the lady at instastox and she insist that I owe them money because I have not submit a cancellation letter, which normally runs in a cycle of 6 months. She also told me that I have to pay for the software, which is ridiculous, cause I have made a full payment the day when I have signed up. I have send her all my details and the emails from last year and she promised that she will come back to me that same day, which she did not. Since contacting this company they all of a sudden send me trades, which I did not even received for a couple of years. I even told her that they need to update their website, because this is how people make use of, to contact there company, so the website is only a front. Please, people stay away from this company, because they are so unprofessional and I have only Eventually she send me there e-mail address to make contact and there landline number. <p>I have been emailing Instastocx to stop debiting our banking account with R275.00 for ages no responses o my emails and the debits keep coming off R275.00 pm, the experiance I have had with this company is disgusting, after their "sales consultant" assuring my husband that if we were not happy with the product we could get refunded the full amount of over R19000.00 ... needless to say what a load of rubbish after countless emails we finally understood that we had been conned. My advise to anyone out there if you hear the name Instastocx and their suave sales consultant meets you in his fancy car RUN because they are a lot of liars, Absa has not been able to put a stop to the debit which means I have to go into the bank each month to dispute the debit, and as i have said no response at all to my emails although nothing gets returned meaning that they are still in existance.</p>

Emails to them don't work. There "Call me" system doesn't work. I went to the bank and had a block put on my accoubt. That worked for a few months and then the deductions began again. Back to the bank for another block - and so on it goes. They are still deducting money and I can find no way to stop them.</p> <p>Stay away from Instastocx</p>
