Very BAD Service...Payment made...no study material or feedback( Ulindi Fourie/Julie Cohen)

<p>I contacted Institute of Secreterial Studies and was assisted by Ulindi Fourie in April 2016. The emails went back and forth between Ulindi and myself and I finally decided on a course that I wanted to study. I was given the enrollment form and study outline via email from Ulindi. Ulindi and I chatted via email(about 6 or 7 emails during the month of April 2016). I made payment for the course in full on the 25th April and sent the proof of payment to Ulindi. The enrollment form states that study material takes maximum 5 working days to be sent to me. On the 04th May 2016 I had not recieved any correspondence from Institute  of Secreterial Studies nor any study material. I tried calling the number listed, and I recieved an automated voice message which advises to email ********** On the 11th of May I tried again to email Ulindi ********** no response and after which I managed to get an email address for ********** . Please can Julie Cohen or Chantell or somebody from Institute of Secreterial Studies advise me what is going on?????</p>
