INSTRATIN REALTY - STAY AT ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES AT YOUR OWN RISK (ACACIA PLACE SECURITY ESTATE IN WITBANK)

I have stayed at ACACIA PLACE SECURITY ESTATE owned by INSTRATIN REALTY located in WITBANK DUVHA PARK for a more than a year and the service has been back, they over charge tenants on Electricity and Water.

I finally moved out of the complex end of June and they have not refunded my deposit. A guy called BEN promised to pay after 21 working days, it went past 21 working days and they did not pay. He committed on a new date which is 8 August and even went on to lie and said my refund has been processed but that was all a lie because nothing has reflected up to date.

I really do no recommend staying in this complex, these people are ****mers and they owe municipality lots of money and they use the use the tenant's monies to settle they their debts. Now they ignore my emails and they don't answer my calls.
