It have been almost 6 months without warm water in the unit.I am in Matlosana Gardens and I have already sent in two tickets about this and even called with no help.Protea Meters is increasing warm water tariffs and when I called explaining that I am already paying double for the electricity because I have no warm water so I have to use the stove to warm the water for everything up and it is winter.No help or any communication had been sent to me and it has been a long time. I am paying rent every month with no problem,it is unfair to be left unattended like this in a complex where they even knock at ur door when your rent is short of only R40.
