Piece of junk company!

All too friendly when they had to replace a heatpump from an insurance claim! I had additional work which concurrently had to be done on the spa pool to which they offered to have a look when they were there for the heatpump replacement. Here is where it gets interesting..

They had a plan/idea on what to do to which I agreed once they found the replacement light. Guess what, multiple weeks went by without any feedback. Eventually on admittance they could net find a replacement light. Truthfully, I realized they never paid attention to it. I offered to find it on their behalf if they would send me the photo of the sample light they took from me. Guess what again? Still waiting for that photo. Then his personal life matters got in the way of helping me again. Just strange how these difficult personal matters never got in the way of the insurance work with which he was booked fully for a week and a half. How difficult it must be to help out on a small job in the following week as the assumption was that I could not wait that terrible week and a half. Not forgetting they are the sole reason up to that stage that I haven't had any progression for more than a month.
